change a front lower suspension arm.
and
front Macpherson strut ( upper attachement )

This is dangerous and you should let a pro do it.
Lower arm needs to be jacked up tire off
jack under the arm holding the spring unbolt the lower arm- -slowly lower the spring out
replace the lower arm - reverse to replace it.
The strut
Take the tire off
remove all the caliper/rotor
2 bolts holding the strut on
and the 3 under the hood.
take it to a shop to swap the spring
replace.
Get a front and rear alignment when your done.
