ill tell you how to do it but is not easy for newbies
raise the both front tires and put jack stands (that will help you to release and adjust the link at the strut)
remove 2 17mm bolts on the strut
remove the link with an 6mm allen and 12mm wrench (thats is one style of link but same car uses (depend on location) different links styles)
remove 3-4 12mm on the top of the strut
now with springs compressors, release the 19mm nut but not completely or the spring can take off really hard and serious hurts can occur, compress the spring and release completely the 19mm nut and that's it
