ok well i bought this car and 5 days later i hear this sound when im driving from the front on both sides. its like a vvvvvvvv sound especially when i turn right or left and when i step on the peddle it does it to it goes vvvvvv lol i need help i do know tha my struts need to be changed int the back . thats all its a sunfire. please dont put comment about how you dont like sunfires.There is a weird sound in the car i think its the axel.?
ehhhhhhhh, possiblly universal joint in one of your axels, ehhhh your discription of the noise was too general although i dono how one might describe a noise with words =), don't think its your struts. could also be a wheel bearing.

This really sounds like a bad wheel bearing. The tipoff is that it gets worse when turning left or right. You could try to determine which side the noise is coming from by raising and supporting the front wheels, then try moving the wheels up and down and left and right and check for any looseness or play. Most of the time a bad wheel bearing will also be loose. hope this helps.
